Balanced slimming diets guarantee the consumption of sufficient vitamins and minerals. This will keep you healthy and help you to maintain your blood sugar levels. Low blood sugar levels often lead to food cravings.
5. Limited selections
A weight-loss diet based on a limited selection of
foods can lead to boredom and an inability to keep up your efforts.
You should also not fall into the trap of
believing that there are good and bad foods. This could lead to bingeing and yo-yo eating.
6. Eating special foods
It is a fallacy that certain foods (such as apple cider vinegar and grapefruit) have
special weight-loss properties.
